Our small team embarked on developing an AI automation system aimed at refining our recruitment process. This assistant is tasked with gathering job applications from emails, contacting applicants for missing information based on set criteria, determining applicant scores by analyzing the information provided and publicly available data, creating recruitment items in our system, and notifying relevant teams about updates. This tool integrates directly into our workflow, leveraging essential company databases and public web information to streamline the application screening process.
